1. How to create a personal user account to read book?
(1) Go to http://www.CloudiBook.com and click "Apply Personal User..."
(2) Fill in related information including user name and password, (*) is required
(3) Read "Terms of Use" and "privacy", Click "I Agree and Submit..." button, your account is created and your user name and password are ready for login
(4) After login, click top "Read Free Book!" link to join free book to read, join paid book with same idea, just you need to pay first
(5) Apart from reading book(s), personal user can also manage and search private data (files/docs) in personal account that is not shared with anyone

2. How to change password?
After login, go to your account (not book or group account), click top link "Change Password"

3. How to search?
Go to home page after login, “Entire Book Search” will search the whole book; “Entire Book 2 Words” can search two sets of words to further filter search result, you can search words in a chapter or section by filling one box with chapter/section name; “Heading Name Search” only search Heading Name; "Chapter/Section Name Search" only search chapter section name

4. How to create a book and invite user(s) to read it?
(1) Go to http://www.CloudiBook.com and click "Publish_Book_To_Share_or_Sell"
(2) Fill in related information, book account starts with bk_bookname using _ to replace blank space, (*) is required
(3) Read "Terms of Use" and "privacy", Click "I Agree and Submit..." button, your book account is created and your book account name and password are ready for login
(4) Book creator has full right to edit book, invite user to read it etc., to invite user to read book, login book account, click top "Invite Other User to Group" link, enter personal user name you want to invite, set Read Only "Yes", then click "Invite User to Group" button. The invited user needs to login to accept or deny the invitation. Note: if book creator invites user with Edit privilege (Read Only "No"), the invited user can Edit/Delete book content, also invite other user to read the book but not edit (only book creator can assign Edit privilege to invited user)

5. Simple rules to create a book: after book finished, can NOT insert/delete any chapter/section/heading, can only update them!
(1) create table of content first, create all chapters in their orginal order together with 1st section under each chapter, then create 2nd and later sections in each chapter in their original order, verify and make sure all chapters and sections are correct and in their original order, if there is mistake, you may need to delete all chapters and sections, then create again (once table of content is created, you can NOT add or delete chapter/section, can only update existing one)
(2) create headings under each chapter section in their orginal order, e.g. finish all headings in chapter 1 section 1 in their original order, then finish all headings in chapter 1 section 2, then chapter 1 section 3 ..., after chapter 1 all finished, start chapter 2 section 1, then chapter 2 section 2 ... (if you made mistake, e.g. forgot a heading, all the headings before the mistake are ok, but you have to delete all headings after the mistake, and then re-create them! You can NOT make mistake, otherwise, have to re-do all the work after mistake!)
6. How to make a new Chapter and Section?
(1) Go to book home page and click "Make a new Chapter / Section" link
(2) Top part is to create a new Section under existing Chapter, bottom part is to create a new Chapter and 1st Section under it

7. How to Update/Delete Chapter and Section?
(1) Go to book home page and click "Update / Delete a Chapter / Section" link
(2) To change existing Chapter name, under "Update Chapter", select Old Chapter Name you want to change in the drop down list, then type in New Chapter Name, and click "Submit" button. (if the new Chapter name you typed in happened to be another existing Chapter name, you merge the two Chapters into one)
(3) Under "Delete Chapter", select the Chapter name you want to delete in the drop down list, then click "Submit" button. Note, to avoid deleting all the headings/documents in a Chapter by mistake, you have to delete all headings/documents in the Chapter first, then you can delete the Chapter
(4) Under "Update or Delete Section", select the Chapter name which the Section belongs to and click "Submit" button, then you can change Section name, delete Section, or move Section to another Chapter:
     (a) To change Section name, under "Update Section", select Old Section Name you want to change in the drop down list, type in the New Section Name, and click "Submit" button. (if the new Section name you typed in happened to be another existing Section name under this chapter, you merge the two sections into one under this chapter)
     (b) Under "Move Section To Another Chapter", select the Section Name you want to move, then select the new Chapter name you want to move to, click "Submit" button
     (c) Under "Delete Section", select the Section name you want to delete in the drop down list, then click "Submit" button. Note, to avoid deleting all the headings/documents in a Section by mistake, you have to delete all headings/documents in the Section first, then you can delete the Section

8. How to make a new heading also called document?
(1) After login, go to book home page, click "Make a new document" link
(2) Choose Chapter in the drop down list and click "Submit" button
(3) Choose Section in the drop down list and click "Submit" button
(4) Fill in Heading Name (also called Document Name in OwniCloud.com), then fill in Document Content
(5) Click "I Agree and Submit" button to finish
(6) Click "See your document!" link to see the content
(7) After you've seen the content, click top link "Upload book page top pic" to upload a picture for this page

9. How to update a heading/document (can also update its chapter/section) or delete a heading/document?
(1) Go through chapters/sections or use home page searches to find out the heading/document and open it
(2) Click "Update Document" link on the top to update it, you can also update its Chapter/Section here to move it to another chapter/section
